SHIPPING

Apex Travel Gear offers standard shipping for both domestic and international customers. We’ve partnered with some of the best travel gear manufacturers in order to provide to multiple countries. Your travel gear order will ship within 1-5 business days from our manufacturing center. Standard ground delivery within the continental U.S. is an additional 7-14 business days in transit from the ship date. 


International delivery usually takes between 15-30 business days. U.S. and International orders may be shipped with US Postal Service or FedEx. Shipping charges are calculated based on real-time US Postal and FedEx rates. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days.

Apex Travel Gear is proud to offer our U.S. customers a flat-free shipping cost of only $5.99 for each product sitewide. We also offer Free Shipping on orders of $100.00. RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! We have a 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy and our goal is to make your return simple and easy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we want to fix it as soon as possible. You can contact us anytime here. Simply contact us within 30 days of receipt of shipment and we will send you a prepaid return label. When returning the package back to us, please send in the original condition for a refund or exchange. If returning defective manufactured travel gear, please contact our customer support team to arrange for the return/exchange. 


Note: To receive an exchanged item more quickly, return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order today. You will be responsible for shipping fees associated with the return/exchange. You can select the method of shipping the item(s) back to us. Please note that there will be an additional shipping charge for the new package if you request an exchange. It will take between 2-10 business days from the date received for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you’re requesting an exchange, please note that it may take up to 10-14 business days for your new order to ship.


Please Note:

  • Product(s) may be returned in the method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide you with a tracking number to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost item(s).
  • At your request, we will issue a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the method of payment originally used (unless specified otherwise). By accepting the prepaid return label, if we determine at our sole discretion that the travel gear you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping to your original payment method.
  • If you are returning manufacturer defective travel gear, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the prepaid return label. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we will not be able to reimburse the shipping cost.
  • All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged travel gear for exchanges or refunds. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense.
  • All international and APO/FPO sales are final and we do not accept returns on international and APO/FPO orders.
  • If you are returning more than that one item, we may ask you to ship items together or in separate boxes.
